This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.

You will
  • Call and consult existing clients to help set up their business bank accounts through our banking partners
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with clients and internal team members
  • Be a self-starter, taking initiative while staying organized, always looking for ways to improve and take your performance to the next level.
  • You’re an ambitious professional; you’re motivated by performance and thrive on reaching and exceeding goals.
  • You can demonstrate confidence by captivating clients, providing thorough assistance and consistently exceed goals through your assertive and proactive approach.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and client contact



You have
  • Capable of effectively engaging with customers over the phone, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
  • Motivated and ambitious, committed to long-term growth and success.
  • Driven by a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives and provide top-notch assistance.
  • Brings enthusiasm and optimism to the workplace, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Maintains a polished and respectful presence in all interactions.
  • Minimum of one year in a customer service role, demonstrating a track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • At least one year in sales, showcasing the ability to drive results (not required).
  • At least one year in a call center environment, with familiarity in managing high call volumes and multitasking (not required).
  • High School Diploma or GED


Actual compensation will depend on several factors but the annual average compensation is around $60,000. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
